Octopus vulgaris - Distributed round the world, the octopus lives on the bottom in shallow water along coasts. When Excited its usual yellow grey to brown color turns to a flushed red. Main source of food is crayfish, crab and bivalves, which it captures with its arms and cracks with its mouth.
