Token Kenai National Wildlife Refuge

I was surprised by the poor quality of these tokens. Look at the token shown on your website, it shows multiple blemishes on it. I believe your supplier thinks they can send you inferior products and you will take it. Alaska Geographic has a responsibility to it's customers to reject shipments from suppliers that are of poor quality. Of the 14 Kenai tokens I purchased, 10 had multiple blemishes. It took me an hour of cleaning and polishing to get 8 in acceptable condition and 2 with deep blemishes that couldn't be fixed. You do know that you can reject damaged merchandise? Do it once or twice and your supplier won't do it again. If they don't, go back to Impact Photographic. Your customers deserve better.
